Why i cant reset paseord?

I am also getting the same error message… no problem with the authenticator, but it is the password that I need help with.
Please try the following steps:
LOG OUT of Permission ( hit the log out button in the menu)
Clear browser cache
***** IF you had 2FA set up before, PLEASE delete the Permission account in your 2FA app ****
Go through the “Reset Password” process ( you can use the same password again)
Then try logging in, after you reset your password.
