Everytime I try to update my profile with the appropriate password. Tried Safari and Chrome… anyone know?
Please try the following:
Clear browser cache.
Go through the password reset process ( you can use the same password)
And then log back in.

I selected only TWO of the Topics of Interest… try selecting the mininum.

You check to help me, please: ID: email@example.com, when I update the profile it reports error 1002b. Although I changed my password and updated my profile as instructed
